First of all, it is checked whether the land to be purchased has a title deed or not.
It is checked whether there is a mortgage, lien or a restrictive
situation in the land registry records of the land to be taken from the
Land Registry Office of the region to which the land belongs. If there is
a district/town where the land belongs, the plot, island and parcel numbers
of the land to be purchased from the metropolitan municipality are specified,
and the situation in the plans and the geological structure of the region are learned.
When the information is completed, the sale from the title deed takes place. Sales made
through a notary public are not valid in the title deed.
